Refund Policy

Priyo Tours & Travels LTD

This Refund Policy outlines the rules and conditions applicable to cancellations, reissues, and refunds for services booked through Priyo Tours & Travels LTD.

Flight

  • Priyo Tours & Travels LTD follows the airline’s cancellation and reissue policy.

  • Cancellation or reissue requests must be confirmed and executed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, a no-show charge may apply as per airline rules.

  • Users can submit cancellation or reissue requests through the “My Booking” section on our website or OTA platform. Requests will be processed only after user confirmation.

  • A standard service charge may apply for any cancellation or reissue request.

  • For bookings made using the EMI payment method, the applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • After cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting airline penalties, service charges, EMI charges, and other applicable fees.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated only after successful cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed through and reflected in the same payment channel used for the original booking.

  • For any additional payment, a convenience charge may apply depending on the selected payment method.

  • Refund Timeline: Once initiated, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the airline and payment gateway.

Hotel

  • Priyo Tours & Travels LTD follows the hotel or property’s cancellation policy.

  • To cancel a hotel booking, travelers must go to “My Booking” > “Cancel” and confirm the cancellation.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the property rules and the time of cancellation.

  • Date changes are not allowed for hotel bookings. Travelers must cancel the existing booking and make a new booking with the revised dates.

  • For bookings made using the EMI payment method, applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • After cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated upon successful cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed through and reflected in the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are usually completed within 7 to 10 working days, subject to hotel and payment provider processing times.

Tour

  • Priyo Tours & Travels LTD follows the tour operator’s cancellation policy.

  • Customers are advised to review the cancellation policy mentioned under each tour before booking to understand applicable charges.

  • For tour cancellations or date change requests, travelers must email us at priyotours@gmail.com.

  • Our team will review the request and respond accordingly to assist with resolution.

  • For bookings made using the EMI payment method, applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • After cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund only for the remaining amount after deducting all applicable charges.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated upon successful cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed through and reflected in the same payment channel used for the original booking.

  • Refund Timeline: Refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of successful cancellation.

Visa

  • Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

  • Once a visa application is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
